Banks will always screen check where the guaranteed is coming from, making sure it’s a reputable management company before lending the money. At the end of the day the guarantee of rental income is only as good as the company guaranteeing it. The banks want to ensure they receive their money and with the due diligence that takes place they only lend to solid companies who have a healthy cash flow balance.
